Latest connectors for CompactPCI

For CompactPCI, the metric Ermet connectors from Erni are specified in accordance with IEC 61076-4-101 and are available in build types A, B, AB and as monoblock versions.

The latest version of the CompactPCI specification has the consequence a.o. that, for 3HE backplanes on position P2, a blade contact strip, build type B with long connection pins for AB shroud and AB shroud frames, are inserted into position rP2.

At the rear card end, on position rJ2, a screened spring contact strip in build type AB is specified. For 6 HE backplanes, on P3 and P5, the blade contact strip - build type B with long connection pins - for AB shroud and AB shroud frames is for insertion into positions rP3 and rP5.

As well as the latest AB-compatible blade contact strips for CompactPCI, the company also supplies rear shrouds.
