TOKYO, Aug. 12 Kyodo
Oriental Land Co. Chairman Kozo Kato will resign for health reasons Sept. 24, the operator of Tokyo Disneyland said Monday.
Kato's successor has yet to be named, the company said.
The 73-year-old Kato joined Oriental Land in 1985 after working for the Chiba prefectural government and assumed the post of president in June 1992. He has held his current post since June 1995.
