TOKYO, Aug. 12 Kyodo
Parliamentary Foreign Secretary Kenshiro Matsunami will visit Poland, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine and Romania from Tuesday through Aug. 24, the Foreign Ministry said Monday.
