The print collection at the New-York Historical Society is highly regarded for the depth and breadth of its holdings. It is particularly strong in images of New York City, of which more than 150 highlights are published here. The society's collection includes engravings, etchings, aquatints, drypoints, lithographs, and woodcuts executed between 1672 and the present 32 colorplates, 107 illustrations.
