This book touts itself as the first experience-based book to address the benefits of joint ventures and strategic alliances. Drawing upon thousands of hours of research and analysis conducted by Deloitte and Touche worldwide, the authors construct approaches for organizing multinational joint ventures or strategic alliances. The reader can examine successfully implemented examples of joint ventures and strategic alliances set up by companies such as General Motors, Monsanto, and Goldstar.
