Caption: CASE POSTPONED: Criminal proceedings against Army Captain James Yousef Yee, who counseled prisoners at the U.S. naval base in Guatanamo Bay, Cuba, as a Muslim chaplain, were postponed December 9 as military prosecutors said it was unclear if Yee was indeed carrying classified documents when he was arrested in September. Yee was held in isolation 76 days in a navy brig before he was released in late November. Initially accused of spying, Yee faces reduced charges and a new one of adultery in a hearing that began December 8 at Fort Benning, Georgia. Yee, 35, is seen during a break at the base carrying his four-year-old-daughter. At his left is his mother, Fong Yee.
