Fabulous fur accents for fall

Ebony,  Sept, 2004  by Eunice W. Johnson

Autumn is on the minds of the world's top fashion designers, and it's obvious that fur is dominating their creative psyches. During fall runway shows in Milan, Italian designers titillated the style sensibilities of viewers with a generous offering of fur accents. Luscious fur of varying colors trimmed collars of sweaters, jackets, dresses and coats, and sometimes draped all the way to the hemline. Gucci showed patches of fur on sleeves, bodices and elsewhere. Fur stoles wrapped necklines and draped shoulders. So, before the cold weather forces you to pull out the really heavy gear, spruce up your fall wardrobe with sassy fur accents.

Dolce & Gabbana spices up an evening look with vibrant green, fox fur stole over a sheer camisole with jewel trim on decolletage neckline and tied in front, worn over lacy black bra with satin trim, all topping a black sequined skirt.
