Don Cheadle

Ebony,  Sept, 2005  by Michelle Forrest,  Kanette Worlds

It is perhaps not surprising that, as a young White woman, I have never picked up a copy of Ebony. But I did for the first time when I saw Don Cheadle on the cover, and read the article, "The Inside Story On The 'Always Oscar Worthy' Don Cheadle" (June 2005). He is so amazingly talented, and I have loved him since the first time I stayed for the credits to see "who that guy was." I only hope he has continued success and exposure. Thanks for covering him!

I never send commentaries to magazines or news media because I respect their professionalism and the content they usually display. When I recently received my June 2005 magazine with Don Cheadle on the cover, I was elated. I was saying it was about time he gets the recognition. He is probably one of he most underrated actors of our times, Black or White. His star is on the rise.

Thank you for giving Don Cheadle his props and making him the June cover story.
