THE wait is over. The new 2005 cars, SUVs and trucks have finally arrived, offering new designs and options to appeal to sophisticated customers who are looking for new vehicles that make a statement. For this model year; many automakers have revitalized their vehicle lineups as they continue to develop high-quality products with dramatic world-class performance, durability and reliability. There also is focus on luxury, comfort and improved safety features to give drivers more confidence when they hit the road. Other appealing qualities for the new car-buyer are various technological features designed to enhance the driving experience, including electronic throttle control. There also has been more attention on technology that's designed to save fuel. Additionally, in many cases, exteriors have been enlarged for more passenger room and cargo space. From stylish and solid engineering to a broad range of choices, the fleet of 2005 vehicles should appeal to a wide variety of customers who are ready to make a statement on the streets, roads and expressways throughout the country.
The CADILLAC STS debuts to replace the Cadillac Seville, and it is designed to deliver precision craftsmanship, exceptional performance and sophisticated luxury.
The new CHRYSLER 300C, with its rear-drive architecture and classic proportions, marks the return of the HEMI engine to the Chrysler brand. It has been reborn as a high-performance, fuel-efficient and durable power source.
The 2005 LINCOLN LS is available in V-6 Luxury, V-6 Appearance Package, V-6 Premium, V-8 Premium, V-8 Sport and V-8 Ultimate configurations. All LS models come with complimentary maintenance for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Volkswagen of America has launched the highest-performance Golf model ever. The sporty VOLKSWAGEN R32 features a six-cylinder powerplant, which delivers 240 horsepower and accelerates from 0-60 miles per hour in 6.4 seconds. Standard items include automatic climate control, heated front seats and premium CD stereo with eight speakers.
The TOYOTA SOLARA SE SPORT V6 (right) boasts standard 17-inch alloy wheels, an available 3.3-liter DOHC 24-valve VVT-i V6 with 225 horsepower and a sport-tune suspension. It also offers front- and rear-side curtain air bags, an 8-way adjustable driver's seat, lumbar support and seatback pockets.
The stylish, sophisticated SUZUKI VERONA, designed in Italy, has a standard 6-cylinder engine and a package of standard equipment, including automatic climate control, advanced frontside air bags, CD stereo with six speakers and steering wheel controls, plus power windows and sunroof.
In the new VOLVO S40, which replaces the current S40 that was launched in 1995, Volvo Cars continues its groundbreaking use of high-tensile steel. Four different grades of steel are used to provide maximum safety for the car's passengers. The system of energy absorption represents a new approach to vehicle safety design. The new Volvo is being offered with a choice of innovative 5-cylinder engines.
The Mercedes-Benz legend continues to grow with models like the MERCEDES-BENZ E320, which is popular among several age groups. It comes with a host of standard features, including Electronic Stability Program (ESP), three-point seat belts at all seating positions, dual front air bags, side protection air bags, anti-theft system with remote door locking, climate control and ABS anti-lock brakes.
