FREDERICK W. HILL is executive vice president of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in New York. He is responsible for worldwide marketing and communications, and served in the same capacity with the Chase Manhattan Bank before it merged with J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining Chase, Hill served as senior vice president for communications and community relations at McDonnell Douglas corporation, where he led the development of an award-winning marketing campaign.
In addition to his business career, Hill, who has a bachelor's degree and law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, taught at the university as an adjunct professor and won several awards for "teaching excellence" Hill, a member of the board of trustees of the University of Pittsburgh, also serves on the board of directors of the Ad Council and is a trustee of the Museum of the City of New York. He and his wife Lynn live in New York and have four children, Jonathan, Jennifer, Adrienne and Fred Jr.
