KRAFT FOODS GROUP VICE PRESIDENT

Ann M. Fudge is group vice president, Kraft Foods, and the president of Beverages, Desserts & Post Divisions. She is also a member of Kraft's Management Committee. Fudge is responsible for a variety of products, including Maxwell House, General Foods International Coffees, Kool-Aid, Jell-O, Cool Whip, and Grape Nuts and Shredded Wheat cereals. The Washington, D.C., native received a bachelor's degree in management and business administration from Simmons College (Roxbury, Mass.) and an MBA from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business. Fudge and her husband, business consultant Richard Fudge Sr., live on the East Coast; they have two sons.

McDONALD'S MIDWEST PRESIDENT

Don Thompson is the first African-American president of McDonald's Midwest Division, which is composed of seven regions with 2,287 restaurants and 595 franchisees. Thompson, who is one of the highest-ranking Blacks in the company, will work with the McDonald's U.S. leadership team to help shape business plans that drive business growth in the U.S. The Chicago native earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University. He lives in Burr Ridge, Ill., with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children.

UPS HEALTH DIRECTOR

Keith D. Jones is director of corporate health and safety for UPS, the fourth-largest employer in the U.S. As director, Jones is responsible for the health and safety of 340,000 UPS employees worldwide. Jones, who previously worked at the company's international divisions in Hong Kong and Taipei, earned a bachelor's degree in human development from California State University, Hayward. He and his wife, Florestine Evans-Jones, have two children, Jonathan, 17, and Ellyce, 12.
