GAIL RUFFIN-CRUZ JONES is assistant general counsel for CIGNA Healthcare. She manages a legal unit supporting marketing, underwriting, sales, member services and claims. Previously, she served as chief counsel for CIGNA HealthCare of California.
YVONNE R. JACKSON is senior vice President for human resources, organization and environment for Compaq Computer Corporation. Previously; Jackson served as a senior vice president for Burger King, and had a 13-year career with Avon Products Inc.
VICKI HOLMES is Conoco Inc.'s director of strategic and executive staffing, Holmes joined the oil and gas corporation in 1978 and moved up through the ranks to her current position in 1996.
WILMA I. DELANEY is vice president, federal government affairs, for The Dow Chemical Company. Delaney was named to her position in 1998, and is head of the $18 billion company's Washington, D.C., office.
JACQUI GATES is vice president of diversity and ethics for Duke Energy in Charlotte, N.C. She provides enterprise leadership and consultation for diversity, work/life and business ethics initiatives, policies and practices.
LAWANDA BURRELL is vice president for global advertising for EDS, a provider of e-business and information technology services to 9,000 business and government clients in about 55 countries.
PAMELA S. JOHNSON is senior vice president of single-family mortgage business for Fannie Mae. She joined the Washington, D.C.-based financial services company as legal counsel in 1993 after years in corporate law and private practice.
IRMA BLANCHETT is the managing director of First Union's Enterprise Business Solutions area. Before joining First Union in 1995, she spent 20 years at IBM. She has been in her current position at the $22 billion banking company since last year.
GAIL SNOWDEN is FleetBoston Financial's executive vice president and managing director for the Community Banking Group/CRA. Snowden directs and invests Fleet's bank's resources into low- and moderate-income communities.
BARBARA J. MAHONE is group director of human resources for General Motors Truck Group. In her 30-year career with GM, Mahone has held various management positions in human resources and labor relations.
DIANA BELL is vice president and general manager of Hewlett Packard's mobile computing division in the personal computing organization. Bell joined the company in 1975, and assumed her current role last year.
ANN-MARIE CAMPBELL is vice president of operations for the West Coast division of The Home Depot Inc. Campbell, a 15-year veteran of the company; heads the day-to-day operation of 55 of The Home Depot's more than 1,100 stores.
KIMBERLY A. KISPERT is vice president of finance and marketing operations for IBM. She was named to her current position in August 1999 after serving as vice president of finance for IBM Global Financing.
