Sneed, who has been with Kraft for more than 20 years, previously served as chief marketing officer and was responsible for $1.5 billion annually. During her tenure, Sneed has overseen all of Kraft's marketing functional areas and played a key role in helping to develop strategy for the newly created e-commerce division.

A graduate of Simmons College, she earned an MBA from Harvard University.

PAMELA THOMAS-GRAHAM

President and CEO, CNBC

AS the president and CEO of CNBC, Pamela Thomas-Graham is responsible for all CNBC domestic operations, including programming, brand synergy and advertising sales.

In 1995, Thomas-Graham became the first African-American female partner at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. She joined NBC in 1999, and previously served as president and chief executive officer of CNBC.com.

Thomas-Graham, who is also the best-selling author of the Ivy League Mystery series, is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Thomas-Graham is married to attorney and author Lawrence Otis Graham, and they have one son.

JACQUELINE WOODS

Vice President, Global Pricing and Licensing Strategy, Oracle

UNDER the leadership of Jacqueline Woods, Oracle became the first major enterprise software company to provide comprehensive guidelines on its global software pricing and licensing via its Software Investment Guide. Woods, who held previous high-tech positions at Ameritech and GTE, designed the 2002 guidelines. She is responsible for the development of license migration models, pricing strategies, and creating guidelines for all of Oracle's products and services. Woods is also the chair of the company's pricing committee for its global lines of business.

A graduate of the University of California, Davis, Woods earned an MBA from the University of Southern California.
