Denise Kaigler, Reebok Corporate vice president

DENISE KAIGLER is corporate vice president of global communications and talent relations for Reebok International Ltd., making her the highest-ranking African-American at Reebok, and the first woman to hold such a position in the corporation. She has worldwide responsibility for public and media relations, employee communications, corporate and financial communications and issues of management for all Reebok operating units, including The Reebok Division, The Rockport Company, Ralph Lauren Footwear, Greg Norman Collection and OnField, and Reebok's sports licensing division.

Paul Fireman, Reebok's chairman and CEO, describes her as "a strong and effective leader, talented visionary and strategic partner." Prior to this position, Kaigler served in several other positions at Reebok. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Emerson College in Boston, and resides in Massachusetts with her husband, Joseph, and their two children, Danielle and Joseph Jr.
