What's hot!

BLIND BOYS OF ALABAMA continue to produce great music with their newest release, Atom Bomb (Real World Records), which features a mix of gospel and soul. The legendary vocal group kicks off the set with its take on the 1950 Soul Stirrer's song, which laments focus on the bomb rather than salvation.
That's followed by their vibrant cover of the Fatboy Slim/Macy Gray tune "Demons," which features rap licks from Gift of Gab. The Blind Boys" impeccable harmonizing is as evident on "Talk About Suffering" as it is on the gospel rock tune "Spirit in the Sky." On all the songs, the dynamic Blind Boys demonstrate that it is an ensemble with talent, insight and timeless harmonies.
