EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION
Marsha Hook Haygood is executive vice president of administration at New Line Cinema in New York. She handles the company's day-to-day administrative operations, including management of facilities and construction projects, Haygood also implements travel policies and interacts with Time Warner, Inc. to offer new human resources initiatives. She earned a bachelor's degree from Lehman College and received a certificate in human resources management from New York University.
COMMANDER, U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
Lt. Gen. Joe N. Ballard is chief of engineers and commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Ballard, who's responsible for a $12 billion annual budget, manages Army Corps of Engineers missions, including the nation's vast civil works programs, environmental restoration and construction on military installations. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Southern University in Baton Rouge, La. A native of Oakdale, La., he and his wife, Tessie, have three daughters.

Pete Roby (left) is vice president of consumer marketing for Reebok North America in Stoughton, Mass. His responsibilities include the development of marketing plans for Reebok in the U.S. and directing implementation of those programs. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Roby served as head coach of Harvard University's men's basketball team for six seasons. The native of New Britain, Conn., lives in Newton, Mass., with his wife, Sandra, and their three children.
