This letter is in response to the article, "First Photographs Of Toni Braxton, Keri Lewis And Their New Baby" (April 2002).

There's no doubt in my mind that all of America has fallen in love with this baby after seeing his photograph in your issue! I just kept staring at his picture (the one where his head is cradled in one of his parent's hands) and thinking of God, saying to myself, "What a precious gift from Him!" Denim is truly angelic in this photograph.

As the mother of two little boys (5 and 3), one of the most important pieces of advice I received and can give back to the Lewises is to take lots of pictures. Obviously, there will be the major milestone pictures, but there will also be the "just because it's Tuesday" pictures and the "Let's take his picture while we brush his hair" pictures.

Everything is an adventure when you have a baby. I know that Keri & Toni will have fun with their baby because they already have the single most important ingredient it takes in raising one: LOVE. So here's to Denim and his parents! Congratulations!

I recently read the article on Toni Braxton, her husband Keri Lewis and baby Denim. It was a beautiful article. I am a fan of Toni's and when I see celebrities like her choosing to have children (and be married), it makes a statement that lets me know that her values on the family must be high. I wish her and her husband much success in their careers and in raising their new baby.
