Erik Davis should be commended for a job well done, as pointed out in the article, "Cooking Off 100 Pounds" (April 2002). He went from 310 pounds to 205 and looks terrific. I bet he feels just awesome. He has shown us that if we are determined, and set our minds to it, nothing is impossible.

He's satisfied with his present weight and happy with the way he looks. I hope he continues to keep the weight off. He has come too far to ever go back. I shared this article with a teenager in hopes that she will be inspired and encouraged to do the same. Thank you for this article.
