PRINCE is back on the record charts with Musicology (NPG/ Columbia), and it shows that the multitalented artist is still at the top of his game. The title song is a funk-based dance jam that will make you nod your head and move your body. There are, of course, other party jams, such as "Life O" The Party" and "Cinnamon Girl." But this Grammy and Oscar-winning master musicmaker also knows how to slow it down, as he does on the romantic "Call My Name" and the sensuous "On The Couch." The entire set is Prince at his finest, with pumping funk, grinding sensuality, pulsating dance grooves and poignant political statements.
