SHRIMP TARTLET APPETIZERS

1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked shrimp,
rinsed and drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 2-ounce packages mini fillo pastry
