JOAN FINKELSTEIN left her position as director of the 92nd Street Y Harkness Dance Center in New York City to become Dance Programs Manager for the NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. She is part of a group that will develop a new arts curriculum for the public school system, www.92Y.org.
