BISHOP MUSEUM Ongoing: Hawaiian Science Garden. This outdoor, walk-through exhibition recreates part of an ahupua'a, a section of land extending from the mountain to the sea, which was part of the traditional Hawaiian land-division system. Explore ways in which Hawaiians, for hundreds of years, cultivated taro (a root crop) and practiced fishpond aquaculture.
