Jason Spiller has been named the aquatics manager for the City of Westerville Parks and Recreation Department. Spiller previously worked as a Program Supervisor for the City of Livonia in Michigan. With Westerville, Spiller is in charge of the aquatics complex at the Westerville Community Center as well as the pool at Highlands Park.
