It's all about access - National Therapeutic Recreation Society - Brief Article

Parks & Recreation, March, 2003

According to sources in Nevada, at least 350 recreation professionals came to Las Vegas in early September for the third annual National Institute on Recreation Inclusion. They learned from a celebrity keynote speaker, earned 1.6 continuing education credits, gained insight from the inclusion experts, networked with other professionals and went home with a better understanding of inclusion within parks and recreation.

All recreation professionals can benefit from attending the next National Institute on Recreation Inclusion, which will be held Sept. 4-7 in Bloomington, Minn. Attendees will gain knowledge on the future of recreation, pick the brains of the inclusion experts, get questions answered and receive continuing education credits.
