Call For C-BM Award nominations

Keep an eye out for your mail delivery person--Citizen-Board Member 2004 National Awards applications are being mailed out mid-May. Branch members can award citizen leaders, politicians, companies and fellow members for their outstanding achievements.
Award categories are as follows:
* Outstanding Board Commission Award for populations that are under 25,000, 25,000-75,000 and 75,000 plus.
* National C-BM Service Award for any citizen member of the CB-M branch.
* State C-BM Service Award for any member of C-BM Branch.
* Professional Excellence Award for anyone working in the park and recreation field.
* Special Contributor Citation for any estate, foundation or company that contributes to parks and recreation.
* Ron McKenney Community Service Award for any citizen or politician not currently a practitioner but an NRPA member.
* Robert M. Artz Award for Citizen Volunteer Leadership/or Contributions for any citizen who volunteers for the advancement of park and recreation.
