Dr. Sarah Nicholls finished her Ph.D. at Texas A&M and began work at MSU in January. Her dissertation and research interests focus on the application of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to recreation and tourism. She is concentrating on recreation and tourism geography, planning, and GIS applications.
Nicholls is a native of Great Britain, where she did her undergraduate work in geography.
