Introducing a new generation of safety surfacing for playgrounds! PlayTurf is made from 100 percent recycled rubber, and unlike other rubber surfacing products that are derived from steel belted radial tires, PlayTurf rubber is derived from recycled bias ply tires exclusively. PlayTurf is sealed with a non-allergenic, fire-retardant, color coating that is completely UV-stabilized, which allows playground planners to choose from three colors (tan, green or blue). PlayTurf drains quickly, won't freeze and doesn't retain moisture, which can cause bacteria to grow.
