Dive into next year's aquatic conference

Get something to say about aquatics? Then here's your chance to get the word out--planners of next year's event being held in Las Vegas, Nev., from March 2-7, 2005, are calling for session speakers.
The National Aquatics Conference will be offering different topics of discussion during the show, which were chosen directly from comments of this past year's attendees. These will include:
* Programming Ideas / Special Events
* Employment: labor laws, recruiting, supervising effectively, etc.
* Standards and Aquatic Codes
* Risk management/Legal issues/Sexual Harassment, etc.
* Maintenance issues
* Alternative Funding / Sponsorship and Marketing ideas
* ADA
* Creative Staff Training Ideas/ Team Building
* Budgeting
* Design, Development, Construction and Renovation of Pools
If you or someone you know would make a quality presenter on any of the above topics please submit a session proposal form before Aug. 15 to Julienne Hefter at jhefter@village.germantown.wi.us. Proposal forms can be found at www.nrpa.org. If you are selected as a presenter for the conference, your registration will be waived if you are an NRPA member.
