The Ken-Caryl Board of Directors - Brief Article

The Ken-Caryl Board of Directors, at its annual business meeting on June 26, 2001, has named Darrell Windes the district manager of the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District in Littleton, Colorado. His employment agreement runs through December 31, 2001 and is subject to renewal by the Board of Directors in January 1, 2002.

Windes' duties as district manager will include oversight of all Metropolitan District activities as well as continuing to serve as its finance director. The Metropolitan District had employed Windes since its inception in 1988 as its finance director. Prior to formation of the Metropolitan District in April of 1988, the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association had employed Windes for four years as its administrative services director.
