The junior averaged 25.0 points and 6.0 rebounds and shot 19-of-28 from the field as A&M beat Iowa State and Texas Tech. A&M's highest-profile recruit in 10 years, Wright suffered through a 2003-04 season that ended with no Big 12 wins.
