1 Bristol breakdown? Sterling Marlin scored his eighth straight top 10 finish by winning at Darlington, but there's a good chance that streak will end this weekend. Marlin has just 14 top los in 34 career Bristol races.

2 Wasted paint. You can't fault Steve Park for being overaggressive in his first race back, but you must chide him for wrecking with Stacy Compton. If you're going to take somebody out, make it a frontrunner.

3 Money not well spent. No offense to Brett Bodine, but why didn't Hooters think about sponsoring Andy Petree's No. 33 instead? That car probably would have a better shot at finishing up front. --Roger Kuznia
