Jeff Gordon is the latest celeb to turn in an embarrassing ballpark singing performance, joining the likes of Roseanne, Mike Ditka and Ozzy Osbourne. Last week in Chicago, Gordon told the crowd he was at "Wrigley Stadium," then stammered through "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." As it turns out, the Cubs knew Gordon didn't have it from the start, but they didn't have a better option in relief.

The Giants recently unveiled a statue depicting legendary pitcher Juan Marichal. Along with the ones honoring Willie Mays and Willie McCovey, that runs the total of statues outside SBC Park to three. Which will provide nice symmetry once the Giants finally get their Bonds-Grissom-Alou outfield inside the stadium.
