June 1: Babe Ruth finishes May with 16 home runs after hitting one in each end of a doubleheader. If he continues on this pace, he might set a record or something. Owners who were lucky enough to have the top pick love life. Their teams have homers to burn.
June 4: The six-game winning streak by the Dodgers' Dazzy Vance is snapped. Vance is on pace to approach his 28-win total of 1924, and he also is keeping owners happy with his National League-leading strikeout total.

June 6: The Browns deny rumors they are looking to trade star first baseman George Sisler. American League-only owners remain on edge: If Sisler is dealt to the National League, it will be nearly impossible to replace his production. There already is enough of a crunch with just eight teams in the A.L. and 12 in the average fantasy league.
