Bob Hille's starting 5

(1)

The NBA Finals. I watch the Lakers vs. the Pistons and think "the 80s," but only because I don't know how old Karl Malone really is.

(2)

Dodgeball. Are you like me? You read the plot summary (underachieving oddballs and underdog misfits take on the established power) and mistake the movie title as Dodgerball.

(3)

The NHL. It's sad the season is over, but at least Canada can look forward to finding out which stars the Expos will dump at the deadline before vacating the country.

(4)

The NBA predraft camp. Are the players young? To score points, Magic CEO Bob Vander Weide was introducing himself to them as Bob the Builder.

(5)

The World Bowl. The NFL says, "See tomorrow's stars today," clearly playing off its Memorial Day slogan, which, if you missed it, was, "See today's stars released in a salary cap-related move tomorrow."
