* Lee Spencer is one of the few writers who recognize the talent pool is a little shallow in the Cup series (TSN, July 22). * NASCAR should make Daytona the last race of the season. They call it the Super Bowl of NASCAR, but last 1 checked, the Super Bowl isn't played in Week 1. Putting Daytona last would make the final Chase race one that virtually anyone could win, adding even more drama to the championship.--John Enos, Rolling Meadows, Ill.
