What to expect

New Hampshire is a flat miler, but the races bear more characteristics of banked intermediate tracks. Fuel mileage will be important, as will track position, good pit stops and solid strategy.

Because it's the first race in the Chase, expect drivers to be tentative, if not downright conservative. Tony Stewart and Jeremy Mayfield wrecked early last year and never got back in the Chase, and nobody wants to have that happen to him.

TSN's winner: Jimmie Johnson
