Jeff Gordon is in perfect position to win for two reasons: 1) He's the best driver on the circuit; 2) Other than Matt Kenseth and Junior, he has the most testing sessions remaining. Look for one of those three to win, but I give Gordon the edge.

7-11 p.m. ET, Sundays

Too many Rolex watches. Too many clean fingernails. Not enough corn on the cob. NASCAR has become too much like the NFL. Anyway, Mark Martin by a knockout.

NASCAR diehards might not like it, but Jeff Gordon will win the Nextel Cup. Gordon has picked up steam after a slow start, plus he has the points lead on his side. Most of all, he knows how to win. Gordon is not a four-time champion for nothing.
