1 Urban Meyer got a needed indoctrination to SEC football. Florida got the "W," but Meyer's zone option attack will need to be tweaked if he wants to be as successful at Florida as he was at Utah. Those defensive ends are a little faster in the SEC.

2 An emotional win at The Big House for Notre Dame was followed by its fifth straight loss back at its own house to Michigan State. It was one of the most enjoyable games to watch in a long time, but even Charlie Weis can't overcome history.
