Three years no longer a charm for receivers
Sporting News, The, Oct 7, 2005
Andre Johnson and Anquan Boldin beat the normal wide receiver learning curve, busting out as rookies two seasons ago. But don't expect another receiver from the Class of 2003 to follow the third-year breakout path of earlier draftees Jerry Porter, Santana Moss and Javon Walker. Because of injury and ineptitude, the other highly drafted wideouts from 2003 continue to be underwhelming.
