Big blog on campus: views from the student section at sportingnews.com

Sporting News, The,  Oct 14, 2005

From Chris Licata, UConn Daily Campus sports editor

My professor was lecturing about the Haitian Revolution, but all I could think about was the 2004 ALCS. If you'd asked any UConn student last week whom the Huskies had on the football schedule, you'd have gotten an answer like:

"I don't know."

"Syracuse?"

"No idea."

What games were they going to watch?

"The Yanks"

"The Sox."

"The Yanks and Sox."

"The Sox and Yanks."
