Purdue's Kyle Orton, who has been the best player in college football. The schedule gets tougher in the future, but I believe he can keep it going.

How about Phillip Fulmer winning at Tennessee with a pair of freshman quarterbacks? But I still think Adrian Peterson at Oklahoma is the biggest surprise so far.
