Catering to the upper class

Sporting News, The,  Nov 8, 2004

The Democrats' view is the rich get richer because they get all the breaks. Looking at the remaining schedules of the Patriots and Eagles, it's difficult to argue that point.

Before last Monday, the Patriots' remaining opponents had lost nearly 60 percent of their games. Only three teams currently above .500 remain on New England's schedule: the Rams, Ravens and Jets.

As for the Eagles, after they face the Steelers this week, they will have only two games left against teams above .500 at this point: the Giants and the Rams. The Eagles are playing like the most complete team in the NFC by a considerable margin.
