Matchup heaven & hell

Sporting News, The,  Nov 8, 2004  by Brendan Roberts

Favorable and unfavorable schedules for the second half of the season.

HEAVEN

Denver. The Broncos get Houston, New Orleans, Oakland, San Diego, Kansas City, Tennessee and Indianapolis.

Indianapolis. Other than Baltimore in Week 15 and Denver in Week 17, the schedule is loaded with cupcakes, with Chicago, Houston and Tennessee among them.

Tampa Bay. First, we're not yet sold on the Falcons, and the Bucs get to play them twice. Tampa Bay also faces Kansas City, San Francisco, Carolina (twice), San Diego, New Orleans and Arizona.

HELL

Cincinnati. A tough debut season for Carson Palmer will not get easier against the likes of Washington, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, New England, Buffalo and Philadelphia.
