What to expect
Sporting News, The, Nov 11, 2005
Speed, speed and more speed. The more drivers race at Texas, the faster they go. It's a wide-open, high-banked, 1.5-mile track that allows drag racing all the way around.
There's nothing goofy about the track, so expect hard, clean racing. Greg Biffle's car was so dominant here in the spring he'll be the favorite. His Roush teammates should join him up front, as they did at Kansas, a track very similar to Texas.
