Lawbreaking incident
Ty Law might not play the rest of the regular season after breaking a bone in his foot. He is known as the most physical corner in in the NFL, but on the play he was injured, Law crumpled to the turf without even touching another player. So yeah, you could say that the preseason projections were dead-on. Law was adversely affected by grass interference.

When news broke last week that Junior Seau would miss the second half of the season (actually, it was news that Junior made the first half), he said it was akin to going to detention instead of recess.
