There are bosses, and there are leaders. Greg Zipadelli exemplifies the latter. Zipadelli has been the heartbeat of the No. 20 squad since its inception in the fall of 1998. Zippy leads by example. "I won't promise people the most money, but what I will promise them is one of the best places to work in the sport," Zipadelli says. "If you're one of my guys, I'll do whatever I can, whether it's personal, financial or whatever they need. I will do my best to help them because they're doing their best to help me."

That's the philosophy that helped Zipadelli lead Tony Stewart to his second Cup title, and it's the reason fellow crew chiefs named Zippy the best in the business.
