Derrick Dockery has the ability to be a franchise guard for the Redskins but hasn't come close to reaching his full potential. An exceptionally agile lineman, Dockery (6-6, 345) is huge and can get up and out on the counter plays the team likes to run. Dockery needs to focus on his effort and concentration.
