Senior Day. Many feel that honoring senior athletes before their final home game is hokey, but players such as Southern California forward Sam Clancy deserve applause for the dedication needed to spend four years at this level. After leading his team to the NCAA Elite Eight last season, Clancy might have been a late first-round NBA draft pick.

But he returned to USC and worked toward excellence. (He made it.) Clancy's final home game is Saturday against Oregon State. If you're in the house and don't feel a goose bump, you also might lack a pulse.
