Your turn

* I'm getting sick and tired of the narrow-minded people, mainly fans, who are claiming that Tom Brady is a better quarterback than Peyton Manning. I'll admit that Brady is a good quarterback who performs his best under pressure, but he has three Super Bowl rings for one reason: Bill Belichick.

--Darby Grace, Burlington Junction, Mo.

* In your Super Bowl wrap-up (TSN, February 18), you referred to the Eagles and Patriots as "bullies" five times. Bullies are people who mistreat others weaker than themselves. The Patriots and Eagles won their titles in hard, fair contests. "Bully" is a cheap shot.

--Irene K. Dwyer, Winthrop, Mass.

* Kara Yorio's article concerning Super Bowl XL in Detroit (TSN, February 18) was insulting. It will be cold, there will be snow, and real football fans will love it. I am offended that Yorio thinks Detroit gave her only great music and reliable cars. Detroit is a great sports town.

--Chris Ingraham, Fallbrook, Calif.

* In your NFL draft forecast (TSN, February 18), I was disappointed that I didn't see Iowa defensive end Matt Roth. He is easily a first-round pick and one of the two best defensive ends in college football. Not including him is a shame.

--Derek Reusche, Waverly, Iowa

* I haven't bought a baseball ticket since the shutdown in 1994. It will be the same with hockey. Sports are about instilling values in young people. I don't see any values here that I want to instill in my children.

--Hugh Cole, Dallas
