Iowa State. The Cyclones began the Big 12 season with five straight losses. Now they've won seven straight and have a favorable schedule before heading to the conference tourney.

Saint Joseph's. Remember the Hawks? Last year's darlings had a terrible start to the season but are 11-1 in the Atlantic 10. They'll struggle to finish strong, however, with difficult road games remaining, including one against George Washington on March 1.

The top 10. Half the teams in the top 10 of last week's Power Poll lost. With No. 1 seeds still up for grabs, so much for making a statement.
